Gennady is a technology investor and a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VEON, and a member of the advisory board of DVO Real Estate.
Over the years, Gennady served in several non-executive roles with several private equity firms: L1 Technology, Lindsay Goldberg, and General Atlantic. From 2007 to 2012, Gennady ran EastOne, an international investment advisory group.

Prior to EastOne, Gennady worked at McKinsey's New York and Moscow offices. During his 14-year consulting career, he advised on multiple corporate transformations for some of the largest Russian and Ukrainian business groups.
Gennady holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
